What is this about?


By march 2013 during my Le Cordon Bleu education in Sydney  I had a class about Work in a Socially Diverse Environment and the Chef asked us to write an Assessment in-groups about the food culture from one of our cultures.

At the end of the class I asked him to do this job not in-group this time, to do it by myself because I was working really hard and my colleagues won’t get together on my only free-time: Sunday night! I really wanted to do a good job: I wanted to write this blog!

So here I am writing a blog about my culture, trying to share here all my proud feelings about my country and culture.
